Indian delegates pay in Indian rupees (₹) and foreign delegates in US dollars ($).
Residential

Non-residential

- Indian delegates pay in INR and foreign delegates pay in USD.
- Fee is inclusive of GST.

- Once the fee is paid, it will not be refunded.
- The name as it appears on the registration form will be used for the certificate and badge.
- Double and triple occupancy fee is 10% less than single occupancy fee.
- A special festive discount of 10% can be availed by registering on 8th November.

What does the residential package include?
Single, shared twin or triple accommodation at and near the venue, breakfast, lunch, the welcome dinner, and the DJ night with gala dinner, plus everything included in every registration. Seats in the residential package are limited.
What do the other delegates get?
Non-residential registration covers the conference itself: entry to all sessions (excluding workshops), the conference kit, the e-abstract book, tea breaks and lunch, morning yoga and meditation, the nature walk, the Ganga aarti and a certificate. The welcome dinner and DJ night can be bought separately.
Are the pre-conference workshops included?
Entry covers all sessions except the pre-conference workshops on 12 February. Workshops will be announced separately.
Can I attend for only some of the days?
Per-day packages are available on request. Write to the team and we will help you choose.
How do I pay?
By NEFT or bank transfer, or by UPI on GPay. Payment details are provided on the registration form.
Is there a student rate?
Yes. Students have their own rates and are required to attach an image of a valid ID card.
I am presenting an abstract. Do I need to register?
Yes. Each presenting author must register for the conference.
